摘 要:目的研究肾移植(KT)患者尿液中4种酶活性的变化规律及其临床意义。方法测定KT患者术前和术后第3、14和35天尿中N-乙酰-β-D氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)、γ-谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)和丙氨酸氨基肽酶(AAP)活性进行研究分析。结果接受KT患者,术后3d尿中4种酶活性比术前均有不同程度的增高。ALP、AAP和NAG活性在术后14d最高。术后35d仅NAG酶活性和对照组差异无显著性。结论提示在判断肾移植患者是否出现排斥反应,应和未发生肾移植排斥反应患者术后相应时间的尿酶活性相比较。[Objective] To understand the clinical significance of the variance of urinary 4 kinds of enzyme activity in kidney transplanted. [Methods] The urinary γ-glutamylltransferase(GGT), alkaline phosphatase(ALP), alanine aminopeptidase(AAP),β-N-Aeetyl-D-glueosaminidase (NAG) activity were determined in the patients with kidney transplanted during 1, 3, 35 d after operated. [Results] The levels of urinary 4 kinds of enzyme in the patients with kidney transplanted after operated 3 d were higher than that of before operated. The levels of activity of ALP, AAP and NAG were the highest during 14 d after operated. There was no significance difference between NAG activity in urine of patients with KT during 35 d after operated only: [Conclusion] The results indicate that if the KT patients suffered the reaction rejected the urinary activity of 4 kinds of enzyme determined must compare with that of KT patients no suffered the reaction rejected.
