高频电刀在复发性嵌甲治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的评价高频电刀治疗复发性嵌甲的疗效。方法回顾性分析2003年10月￣2005年2月治疗的32例复发性嵌甲采用高频电刀治疗的方法及疗效。结果32例患者均得到随访,平均随访10.8(3～15)个月,全部治愈,无复发,无严重并发症。结论高频电刀治疗复发性嵌甲疗效好,操作简单。[Objective] To evaluate the effect of high frequency electrocautery ablation in the treatment of recurrent ingrown toenails. [Methods] A retrospective study was carried out of 32 patients treated by high frequency electrocautery ablation during the period October 2003 to February 2005. [Results] 32 patients were all accepted further visits with a mean time of 10.8（range 3 to 15） months, all recovered successfully, no recurrence, no severe complications. [Conclusions] High frequency electrocautery ablation in the treatment of recurrent ingrown toenails is effective and the procedures are simple.
