摘　　要：该文首先运用熵权系数法对我国20家通信行业上市公司经营业绩进行客观评价,在此基础上,应用二次相对评价方法来反映它们的主观努力程度及其有效性.所得评价结论全面反映了通信行业上市公司的经营业绩.An entropy weight coefficient method is used to objectively evaluate the operation performance of 20 listed companies in the telecommunications industry in China. A binary relative evaluation approach is then applied to evaluate their degree of subjective efforts and the effectiveness in operation. The test result and analysis show that the approach is useful and effective.
