摘 要:根据喷油泵构造机理及机械原理,开发了一种实用的油泵相位角动态测试系统,该系统用单片机做控制器,在线测量油泵的动态相位角参数,用单片机的C语言设计监控相位角的数学模型,以便为油泵调试人员提供量的依据。采用测量油泵停油信号的方式,消除静态相位角测量的弊端,较好的解决了其精度差,移植性差,无法自动更新数据的问题。According to oil injection pump mechanism construction and mechanical principles, a practical oil pump phase angle trends testing system is developed. In this system, the control unit is a one-piece machine, with online dynamic oil pump phase angle parameter measuring. A mathematical model is designed in C language to supervise the phase angle so that a quantitative basis can be provided for oil pump control. With the method adopted to measure the signal of the pump's oil flom stopping,the malfunction that is measured at the static state phase angle can be eliminated.In addition to poor precision, difficulty in transplanting and inability to renew the data automatically can be solved in a more satisfactory way.
