摘　　要：目的探讨肛周克罗恩的病诊断和治疗,以提高其诊治水平。方法回顾性分析8例肛周克罗恩病临床表现、诊断及治疗方法。结果该病的主要临床表现为肛周皮损,肛瘘或肛旁脓肿,部分患者合并腹痛、低热、贫血等;病理主要为克罗恩病肉芽肿的特征,以及特征性的肠镜表现和胃肠钡餐表现;口服柳氮磺吡啶+静脉滴注甲硝唑治疗效果满意。结论肛周克罗恩病诊断困难,应用柳氮磺吡啶+甲硝唑治疗,效果满意。Objective To investigating the diagnosis and treatment of periana Crohn＇s disease. Method We analyses back the 8 cases of periana Crohn＇ s disease, including clinical demonstration, diagnosis and treatment. Result The disease can demonstrated per.anal skin, fistula and abscess, some patients suffered from abdominal pain, fever and anemia. Treatment with mesalazine and SASP can result in effective results, Conclusion Diagnosis of perianal Crohn＇s disease is very difficult. Treatment with mesalazine and SASP can result in effective result.
