摘 要:以四氯化钛和氨水为原料,在常温条件下通过两步法制备出TiO2溶胶。通过TEM和XRD分析测试表明,TiO2溶胶粒度小于10 nm,并存在一定数量的锐钛矿型晶相结构。在充足太阳光照8 h后,用质量分数0.2%的甲基橙溶液和0.2%的亚甲基兰溶液的降解试验测试其光催化性能。结果显示,温度为80℃时制得的TiO2溶胶对甲基橙和亚甲基兰的降解率就已超过90%,催化效果明显。Nanocrystalline photocatalytic active titanium dioxide (TiO2) sol was prepared by two steps with precursor titanium tetrachloride at low temperature. The samples were characterized by TEM and XRD. The results indicated that TiO2 sol prepared by this way was of particle diameter of less than 10 nanometers and anatase phase. Under plenteous sunshine for 8 h, the photocatalytic activity of TiO2 sol was tested by the degradation rate of the color of 0.2wt% methyl orange solution and 0.2wt% methylene blue solution. The results showed that the degradation rate of methylene blue and methyl orange reached 94. 6% and 93.2% respectively.
