摘 要:研究了白炭黑和偶联剂用量对胶料力学与疲劳性能的影响。结果表明:白炭黑等量替代高耐磨炭黑时,随白炭黑用量增加,胶料的加工性能及物性都呈现明显劣化趋势;添加偶联剂Si69后,胶料的加工性能及物性显著提高;在高耐磨炭黑与白炭黑/偶联剂并用补强体系中随白炭黑/偶联剂用量的增加,在动态疲劳过程中胶料的扯断形变能密度下降缓慢,延长了胶料动态疲劳使用寿命。The effects of the silica and coupling agcut on mechanical and fatigue properties of compound were studied. The results show that the processabilities and properties of rubber were weakened when silica takes the place of HAF carbon black, and silicone couplant has a marvellous effect on the property of rubber filled with silica. In the system of HAF/silica/couplant, when the dosage of silica and couplant increases, the strain energy density at break decreases more slowly than the rubber filled with HAF carbon black and the dynamic fatigue life of rubber is prolonged.
