摘　　要：合成硫化脂肪酸酯(硫化酯),并用红外光谱法(Infrared Absorption Spectroscopy．IR)进行了结构表征,用四球试验、铜片腐蚀试验分别考察它对润滑油的润滑性及防腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明：在中性基础油中添加该剂可以显著提高润滑油的润滑性能,而腐蚀性能不变,加入2％的硫化酯产品可使中性基础油的抗磨性能提高46％。The sulfide aliphatic acid ester is synthesized and characterized by IR. Its impacts on lubrication of lube oil and corrosion resistance are studied by “4-ball” test and copper coupon test. The results show that the addition of sulfide aliphatic acid ester into the neutral base oil can significantly improve the lubrication performance of the lube oil while the corrosion resistance remain intact. 2% addition of sulfide aliphatic acid ester will increase the wearing resistance of neutral base oil by 46%.
