摘　　要：现代卷烟行业工艺技术成熟、自动化水平高,形成了产污较少、能耗高的行业特点。在对某卷烟厂进行的清洁生产审核中,针对行业特点,结合企业自身情况,提出并实施无、低费方案11项,中、高费方案6项。改善了车间环境,每年可节水约6万t,节电约20万kW·h,节约蒸汽约400t,减少废水排放约8万m3,节约资金514余万元,取得了良好的效益。It is highly maturated and automatization of modern cigarette industry technigue. And it shaped the industry traits that producing less contamination with higher cost of energy. During the clear production auditing of a cigarette factory, eleven naught-low cost schemes and six meso-home cost schemes according to the industry traits and combining with the situation of the factory, were put forward and carried out. It obtained very good benefit, improved the environment of the workshop, economized water six tons, electricity two hundred thousand degrees, steam four hundred tons and reduced waste water discharge amount about eighty thousand tons in one year. All of those economized capital more than five point one four million yuan per year.
