摘  要:[目的]建立一种实用的工作场所空气中戊二醛的采样、测定方法.[方法]用浸渍2,4-二硝基苯肼(DNPH)的硅胶管采样,用乙腈在超声中洗脱,高效液相色谱分离,二极管阵列检测器检测.[结果]方法简便、准确、灵敏度高.标准曲线的相关系数0.998 15,加标回收率99.47%~104.86%,相对标准偏差0.17%~0.20%,平均采样效率100%.[结论]本方法各项指标均达到<工作场所空气中毒物检测方法的研制规范>的要求,能准确地测定空气中戊二醛.[ Objective ] To establish an useful method for sampling and detecting glutaral in the workplace. [ Methods ] Glass tubes filled with DNPH-coated silica gel were used for air sampling.The DNPH-derivatives were extracted from the silica gel by ultrasonic treatment with acetonitrile.Analysis of the DNPH-derivatives was carried out using a HPLC with diodenarray ( UV/DAD )detector. [ Results ] The method was simple, accurate, and highly sensitive.The correlation coefficient of calibration curves was 0.998.Recovery rates were 99.47-104.86%.The relative standard deviations were 0.17-0.20% and average sampling efficiency was about 100%. [ Conclusion ] This method conforms with the requirements of “Standardization of Methods for Determination of Toxic Substance in Workplace” .Glutaral in air could be determined accurately using this method.
