摘  要:讨论了聚结分离机理及影响分离性能的因素,在此基础上,采用经表面处理后的刚性烧结金属丝网制成的聚结分离芯膜,对油品脱水进行了初步研究。结果表明:油品经分离后,其自由水和乳化水分的脱除率可达70%以上,分离效率与处理流率、油品性质、初始含水量、分离床的特征尺寸等有关。The processes and mechanisms for dispersion drops in the fibers were discussed, and effects of membrane bed structure and operational parameters on the separation efficiency were also analyzed. The experiments were carried out by employing surface treated membrane beds made of rigid-sintered metal-mesh. The experimental results showed the separation efficiency was higher than 70%, and it depended on the parameters such as flow velocity, fuel/water properties, initial water hold-up, and the average diameter of membrane bed, and so on.
