摘 要:针对长输管线气顶排空作业的复杂性,结合多种分离技术的特点,提出了一种气液分离方法,并给出了基于该方法的分离器结构和分离原理。该分离方法和分离器能够对气液比变化范围比较大的气液混合物进行有效分离,且整体设备集成性好,结构优化、合理。通过实际输水和输油试验证明,该分离方法是可行的。In view of the complexity of the process of emptying petroleum pipeline with compressed air, this paper proposed a new method for gas-liquid separation, which adopted multiple separating techniques. Based on the new method, the structure and principle of separator were presented. The separator, with a rational structure, could automatically regulate the discharge of gas and liquid and thoroughly separate the gas from gas-liquid mixture with mixed ratio ranging from 0 to 100%. The oil and water transportation experiments were carried out, which verified the feasibility of the separation method.
