摘  要:口腔临床实习是医学生通过临床实践理论联系实际、化知识为能力的关键阶段。根据口腔医学的特点在学生的实习阶段进行了整合教学内容、开展讨论式教学;然后进行专题讲座,设疑、质疑、答疑的临床教学模式改革,指导学生查阅资料、填写《医学生计划训练书》并进行开题报告、进行病历讨论。学生根据临床实践撰写的专业综述和论文有深度、有新意。体现了学生的自学创新能力。The clinical practice of oral medicine is the juncture phase for medicine students to integrate theory with practice and convert capability from knowledge. According to the characteristic of oral medicine, in the clinical practice, we integrated teaching contents and carried out seminar; And then we reformed the clinical teaching model by holding special topic lecture to laying questions, calling in questions and then answering questions. We directed students how to consult datum, fill in the practice book of medicine student Design. At the same time we held student' s opening report of task and patient history discussion. Students wrote the professional reviews and essays which have profundity and new ideas according to clinical practice. It Embodied the self- study and creation ability of students.
