摘  要:磁性液体是一种由纳米级磁性颗粒通过表面活性剂高度均匀分散于载液中所形成的稳定胶体溶液。为了制备稳定的煤油基液磁性液体,采取胶溶法制备了纳米级磁性颗粒,通过选取不同的表面活性剂研究磁性液体的稳定性。实验结果表明,利用胶溶法可以制备出纳米级的磁性液体,生成纳米颗粒的大小受FeCl2和FeCl3配比的影响,FeCl2∶FeCl3=1∶2,磁性颗粒小于20nm。不同的表面活性剂对磁性液体的稳定性影响不同,对煤油作基液的磁性液体油酸是比较理想的表面活性剂,油酸的用量对磁性液体的稳定性也有一定的影响,当油酸的质量和纳米磁性颗粒的质量比在4∶1时可以制得比较理想的磁性液体。Magnetic liquid is a kind of steady colloidal solution, which is obtained by dispersing the nano-sized magnetic particles into carrier liquid. The steady magnetic liquid is prepared by the sol-gel process The size of magnetic particles is affected by the ratio of FeCl2 to FeCl3 , when the ratio of FeCl2 to FeCl3 is equal to 1/2, the size less than 20 nm. Different surfactants have the different effect on the stability of the magnetic liquid, for the magnetic liquid which takes the coal oil as the carrier liquid, oleic acid is better. Of course, the dosage of oleic acid has some effect on the stability of the magnetic liquid, when the rate of ole ic acid to nano-sized magnetic particles is near to 4/1, the perfect magnetic liquid can be made.
