小球藻Chlorella vulgaris中α-葡糖苷酶抑制剂的提取和性质研究

摘　　要：目的对小球藻中α-葡糖苷酶抑制剂的提取和性质进行研究。方法α-葡糖苷酶抑制剂采用烘干、脱脂、硅胶柱层析等方法进行提取分离,并对其纯度和成分进行了初步鉴定,对该抑制剂的活性以及在不同条件下对α-葡糖苷酶的影响进行了检测。结果结果显示该抑制剂可能是单一组分,为酚类物质。结论对α-葡糖苷酶具有较强的抑制作用,其作用机理为非竞争性抑制作用。Objective To study on extraction and characteristics of α-glucosidase inhibitor from Chlorella vulgaris. Methods The extracts were prepared by drying, degreasing and silica gel columniation washing with different organic solvents, and its pure degree and components were identified. The activities of the inhibitor and its effects on α-glucosidase under different conditions were studied. Results The results showed that a-glucosidase inhibitor from Chlorella vilgaris may be a kind of substance of hydroxybenzene. Conclusion The inhibitor showed potent inhibitive effection on α-glucosidase, and belong to a mechanism of noncompetitive inhibition
