血液灌注加透析治疗急性中毒38例护理体会

摘　　要：目的探讨血流灌注加透析治疗有机磷、毒物和药物中毒的效果和护理措施。方法38例患者给予血液灌注加透析治疗,同时加强生命体征监测,严密观察病情变化。结果成功抢救36例患者,并发症和后遗传症少。结论血液灌注加透析,护理措施得当,治疗有效、安全性高。Objective To explore the nursing measures and therapeutic effect of hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion on treating patients with organophosphorus or drug poisoning. Methods 38 eases performed hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion were given intensive observation on patient＇s condition and vital sights, especially for respiratory function,cardiovascular function,coagulation function and the occurrence of aropinization. Results 36 of 38 of cases performed hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion were rescued successfully with no severe complications and sequels. Conclusion Hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion has a good effect on treating patients with poisoning and corresponding nursing is the important factor in raising survival rate and reducing the occurrence of complications and mortality.
