柞蚕蛹暖茧期20－羟基蜕皮酮含量变化规律

摘　　要：采用放射免疫法（ＲＩＡ）检测了柞蚕蛹暖茧阶段２０－羟基蜕皮酮的含量变化。结果表明：２０－羟基蜕皮酮的含量，在雌雄蛹中呈现出基本一致的变化趋势，但血淋巴２０－羟基蜕皮酮有一个峰，整体蛹２０－羟基蜕皮酮有两个峰。血淋巴２０－羟基蜕皮酮与积温为曲线回归关系（ｐ＜０．０１），血淋巴２０－羟基蜕皮酮的含量变化可作为鉴别蛹体发育的参考指标。The changes of 20-hydroxyecdysone in the pupae of oak silkworm during tempera-ture-sensing period were drtermined with RIA.The results showed that female andmale pupae basically had the same change tendency on the contents of 20-hydroxyecdysone,however,there was a peak of 20-hydroxyecdysone in its hemolymph,therewere two peaks of 20-hydroxyecdysone in its whole body. There was a close regressionrelationship between the effective accumulated temperatrue and 20-hydroxyecdysone inits hemolymph(p<0.01).It is thus suggested that the content of 20-hydroxyecdysonecan be regarded as a referential index for testing pupae's physical development.
