摘  要:介绍了锂离子电池正极材料LiMn2O4的制备方法,并以柠檬酸体系溶胶-凝胶法合成LiMn2O4为例,从溶液pH值及含水量、Li的含量及酸与金属离子摩尔比、合成温度及时间、冷却速度及粒度等方面阐述了影响LiMn2O4性能的因素。实验表明,体系溶液最好为饱和溶液,pH值应控制在6.5左右;锂盐略为过量,柠檬酸与金属离子摩尔比为1∶1。最佳烧结温度为750℃ ̄800℃,并合理控制冷却速率,合理控制烧结时间及烧结温度,从而控制粒子半径。The preparation methods of positive materials LiMn2O4 for lithium ion batteries are described.Effects of pH value, water content,Li content,molar ratio between metal ion and citric acid,synthesis temperature and rime,cooling speed,particle sizes on performance of LiMn2O4 are introduced according ta sol-gel synthesis method in citric acid system.The results show that the optimum cooditions to prepare a pure spinel LiMn2O4 by sol-gel method of citric acid system are as follows:a saturated aqueous solution of raw materials sbeuld be used, and pH should be maintained about 6,5;lithium salts should be a little excessive,and molar ratio of citric acid to total metal ions should be 1.0;synthesis temperature should be round about 750℃-800℃ ,and the cooling rate should be reasonably controlled ; LiMn2O4 powder with various particle size can be obtained by means of controlling the sintering time and temperature.
