摘　　要：介绍了一种将锁相环技术应用于电阻炉炉温控制的方案。该系统由内、外双环串级构成；锁相环作为控制系统的内环，并作稳定性调节；外环由单片机数字控制，用于改善性能指标。简述了原理、系统构成、软件设计和３００Ｗ电阻炉炉温控制中初步试验结果。A method of resistance furnace temperature control using phase-locked loops (PLL) technique is described. It is a cascade control system consisting of an inside loop and an outsideloop: the inside loop of the control system uses a PLL as stability adjustment, the outside loopuses single-chip-microcomputer-bas digital control in order to improve system charactristics.the principle, system architecture, software design and the initial test results in 300 W resistance furnace temperature control is briefly described.
