摘　　要：根据安钢100t竖式电炉的发展情况,分析了合理的配料制度,提出了FSF炼钢过程的节能降耗技术措施。其中包括:配料制度、泡沫渣操作、喷水冷却电极、供电曲线、氧油烧嘴和二次燃烧等。安钢实施上述技术措施后,取得了显著的节能降耗效果。According to present development of 100 t FSF of Angang, the rational burden mix is analyzed and the technological measures of energy and material saving for FSF steelmaking are presented, including bunden ratio, foaming slag operation,electrode cooling with spray water, power supply system,oxy-fuel burner and post-combustion and so on. After adopting these technologies,good effect of energy and material saving is attained.
