电力工业中对竞争环节进行管制的因素分析

摘　　要：电力体制改革后，在发电和售电环节引入了竞争机制，但较高的垄断程度往往对市场的供需 缺少敏锐的反应，要改进市场效率，必须对这些环节进行监管。分析了对竞争环节进行监管的几个因素，结 合我国电力工业的实际情况，给出了一些方法和建议。After reforming of power system, competion mechanism was introduced into the links of power generation and sales, but higher degree of monopoly always lacks sensitive response to the market＇s supply and demand, in order to improve market efficiency, supervision and control on these links must be carried out. Several factors on competitive links to have supervision and control were analysed, combined with the actual situations in our country＇s power industry, the author gives out some ways and proposals.
