摘　　要：目的采用旋光法测定槐果碱注射液的含量.方法将样品稀释10倍,于20℃直接测定旋光度.结果槐果碱的线性范围为4～40mg/mL(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为100.45%,RSD=0.96%(n=5).结论方法快速、方便,适用于医院制剂的常规分析.OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of sophoearpine injection by polarimetry. METHODS The concentration of sample was diluted 10 times and determinted under 20℃ temperature by polarimetry. RESULTS The linear range of sophoearpine was 4 ～40mg/mL with the correlation coefficient 0. 999 9 and the average recovery was 100.4% with RSD 0.96% （ n = 5 ）. CONCLUSION This method is simple and fast,and suitable for the determination of hospital preparation.
