摘 要:比较了各种原料组成、温度和流速的淋洗曲线,找出了原料组成与分离条件、淋洗剂消耗量及淋洗周期之间的关系.实验结果表明:当原料组成不同,分离条件相同,淋洗周期也相同时,原料中铽的含量越高,Tb4O7产量就越高,淋洗剂单耗越低;温度在30~50℃及流速在0.6~1.2cm/min范围内变化,不影响Tb—Dy的分离效果.因此,Tb—Dy分离可以在室温和淋洗剂流速较大的条件下进行,以简化工艺条件及设备,缩短周期,提高生产效率.he relationstip between material composition and separation condition,washing speed and washing period was found by comparing the washing curves of material composition,washing speed and washing temperature. If the separating condition and washing period kept same, but the material composition was different, the more the content of Tb in material, the higher the yield of Tb4O7 and the less the specific expense of washing agent. In the range of temperature of 30-50℃ and speed of 0.6~ 1.2cm/min, change of temperature and speed did not influence the separating effect of Tb-Dy. Thus, the separation could be operated at room temperature and high speed for shorting period and improving efficiency.
