围绝经期乳痛症的综合治疗

摘　　要：目的观察综合治疗对围绝经期乳痛症的疗效。方法300例乳痛症患者随机分成3组,每 组100例,疗程均为3月,分别给予精神治疗、药物治疗和精神+药物治疗,疗程结束后进行统计学分析。 结果精神治疗组有效率71％,药物治疗组有效率74％,综合治疗组有效率100％。综合治疗组与精神、药 物组有效率比较均P<0．01。结论综合治疗对围绝经期乳痛症效果较单用药物或单纯心理疏导好,不 同患者采用不同组合方案进行个体化治疗疗效更佳。Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of integrated treatment on mastalgias during women perimenopausal period.Methods 300 patients with perimenopausal period mastalgias were randomly divided into three groups with 100 cases in each group, and the period of treatment was 3 months.Patients of the three groups were treated by psychotherapy. drug therapy and the combination of both respectively, and the therapeutic effects were analyzed statistically. Results Therapeutic effects of each group were 71%（psychotherapy group）, 74%（drug treatment group） and 100% （integrated treatment group） respectively, and there was significant difference between integrated treatment group and psychotherapy group as well as drug treatmerit group（P 〈 0.01 respectively）.Conclusion The therapeutic effects of integrated treatment on perimenopausal period mastalgias are better than those of psychotherapy or drug treatment.Specific treatment to individual patient can receive much better therapeutic effects.
