摘  要:采用颗粒示踪、光电检测、微机采集数据来研究垂直管道浸取器内液固两相流中分散相的流动模型.选用扩散模型,但流速需用分散相的真实流速.将检测的电压应答值换算成浓度应答值,用矩阵法求出理想脉冲应答,然后用非线性回归求取直管段的混合扩散系数,并作关联.The flow model of dispersed phase in liqid-solid two phase flow of vertical tubular leacher was studied by using panical tracing, photoelectrical measuring, and microcomputer sampling. The diffusion model was used, but actual rate of dispersedphase should be used for flow rate. We converted voltage response into concentration response. The implse response was derived with matrix method. The mixed diffusioncoefficient of straight tube was evaluated with least squares in the time domain, andcorrlation was conducted too.
