摘　　要：讨论了影响体效应二极管振荡器性能的主要因素:体效应二极管不一致性、谐振腔微扰、调谐螺钉和调匹配螺钉的位置、偏置小轴的绝缘性能等,阐述了解决各种影响因素的调试技术,并给出了测试数据。Discusses the mostly influencing factors for the performance of body effect diode oscillator： the inconsistency of body effect diode, the tiny disarrangement of cavity resonator, the position of tuning bolt and screw, the insulating property of offset axes. Expatiates the debugging technique of solving various influencing factor, and gives testing data.
