摘　　要：介绍了冷作模具钢中带状碳化物组织存在的原因,以及不均匀的碳化物组织对机械性能的影响。阐述了消除和改善Cr12钢中带状碳化物组织的热处理工艺。The reason of existence of banding Carbide structure in Cr12 cold-worked die steel and the influence of asymmetric carbide structure on mechanical behaviour were introduced. The heat treatment technology for eliminating and improvement of banding carbide structure in Cr12 steel was represented.
