摘 要:以钢渣为主要原料制备微晶玻璃。用DTA,XRD和SEM研究核化、晶化温度并测定微晶玻璃主晶相与显微结构。探讨了不同晶化时间对微晶玻璃显微结构的影响。研究表明:钢渣微晶玻璃主晶相为透辉石,晶化时间延长导致晶体长大、晶相含量增多,抗弯强度先增大后减小。The method of manufacturing glass-ceramics with steel slag as a major material is described. The range of crystallization and nucleation temperature,crystalline phase identification and microstructure were observed by DTA , XRD and SEM. Effects of crystallization time on microstructure of glass ceramics based on Steel Slag were investigated. The results show that the dominant crystalline phase is diopside. With the increasing of time, crystal percentage and crystal size of the glass-ceramics are increased. But the flexural strength increases firstly, then decreases after it reaches the peak.
