摘 要:针对瓦楞辊的服役条件和磨损机制以及目前常用的几种表面硬化处理工艺的局限性,采用最新开发的超声速等离子喷涂设备,在运行后出现磨损的瓦楞辊齿面喷涂了0.2 mm±0.01 mm厚的高精度WC-6Co涂层.由于超声速等离子喷涂的粒子飞行速度达到500~600m/s(普通等离子喷涂约200 m/s),显著提高了涂层的结合强度,涂层的显微硬度平均达HV0.11 400,显示出极优异的耐磨性能.喷涂后的瓦楞辊已安装到现场运行了长度约1 500万米纸板,涂层仍完好无损,未出现任何磨损、开裂或疲劳剥落现象.According to the corrugated roller service condition and the failure mechanism, the recently developed supersonic plasma spray (S-PS) technology were applied to prepare the accurately about 0.2±0.01 mm thickness WC-6Co coating on the surface of corrugated rollers that were attrited for replacing other surface treatments approaches. Because the high particles flying velocity 500±600 m/s during S-PS process that high dense and hard coating with HV0.11 400 was obtained which appears excellent wear resistance than the commonly plasma spray with flying velocity of 200±300 m/s. The sprayed corrugated roller have being installed in field and operated over 15 million meters cardboard length, the coating still keep the perfect as no obvious wear and abrasion on its surface and not appear any cracking and delamination.
