摘　　要：文中介绍了乳化炸药连续乳化生产中水相和油相流量的动态特性及数字调节器的参数整定方法。试验分析表明,选择水、油相流量的采样时间为1s,采用单闭环流量调节系统的控制方案、比例积分数字调节,完全能够达到流量控制要求。The parameter modulation of dynamic characteristics and digital adjuster of water-oil phase flow in continuous emulsification of emulsion explosive production is presented in this paper. It is showed through tests and analysis that when sampling time is one second and control scheme of single closed loop flow adjustment system and digital adjuster of proportion integral are adopted, the requirement of flow control can be reached.
