摘 要:以烷基多苷为原料、P2O5为磷化剂,直接酯化法合成烷基多苷磷酸酯。考察P2O5的投料方式、原料配比、酯化温度和酯化时间对酯化率及单双酯比例的影响;确定了最佳反应条件:在40℃强烈搅拌下分批投入P2O5,n(APG)∶n(P2O5)=3∶1、酯化温度65℃、酯化时间4.5 h。该条件下的烷基多苷酯化率达到85%以上;同时研究了烷基多苷磷酸酯的性能。Phosphate of alkyl-polyglycosides was synthesized with the alkyl-polyglycosides and P2O5directly. The effects of the feeding way, feeds ratio, reaction temperature and reaction time on the yield of esterification and the ratio of monoester to diester were investigated. The optimum reaction conditions are as follows: P2O5 was fed in batches and stirred strongly at 40℃the molar ratio of alkylpolyglycosides to P2O5 was 3 : 1.0;the reaction temperature was 65℃and the reaction time was 4.5 h. Under these conditions,the esterification yield of alkyl-polyglycosides was up to 85 %. The properties of phosphate of alkyl-polyglycosides were also studied.
