摘 要:目的:进行双黄连粉针剂(金银花、黄芩、连翘)HPLC-PDA/ELSD指纹图谱中主要色谱峰的组成药味归属及部分特征峰的定性。方法:将双黄连粉针剂的HPLC-PDA/ELSD指纹图谱与各组成单味药的HPLC-PDA/ELSD指纹图谱进行比较分析,利用各峰的相对保留时间、PDA提供的各峰紫外光谱图(UV),以及部分对照品进行各峰的药味归属及定性。结果:将HPLC-PDA及HPLC-ELSD指纹图谱中的13个特征共有峰均进行了明确的药味来源归属,并确定了指纹图谱中的绿原酸、咖啡酸、黄芩苷和连翘苷等色谱峰。结论:可以利用指纹图谱技术进行中成药中主要成分的药味来源归属及部分特征峰的定性。AIM: To qualitatively analyse the marker peaks of Shanghuanglian Powder-Injection (Flos Lonicerae Japonicae, Radix Scutellariae, Fructus Forsythiae, etc. ) fingerprints and determine their synergy. METHODS : The HPLC-PDA/ELSD fingerprints of Shuanghuanglian Powder Injection were compared with those of component herbs. The relative retention time of each peak, the Ultraviolet spectra providing by PDA and some pure standard substances were used in the analyses. RESULTS: Thirteen marker common peaks of HPLC-PDA (254 nm) fingerprint and HPLC-ELSD fingerprint were confirmed to the three component herbs respectively. Four marker peaks were identified as chlorogenic acid, caffeic acid, baicalin and phillyroside. CONCLUSION: Some marker peaks and their synergy origins can be identified by chromatographic fingerprint technology in the Chinese traditional patent medicine.
