摘　　要：剑杆织机剑头、剑带的消耗占了剑杆织机机物料消耗的70%,文章对剑杆织机不同机型的剑头、剑带磨损机理进行了分析,并提出了相应的对策。The consumption of gripper head and band takes up 70 % of that of the tortal machine parts and meterial of rapier loom. This paper analyzes the causes of the abrasion of gripper head and band of different rapier looms and points out the relevant couner measures.
