摘　　要：介绍了一种医用纺织新产品125I放疗支架,它是用来作为放射性同位素的载体治疗恶性肿瘤以及瘤床残基的新型医用纺织品。文章简要阐述了放疗支架的发展历史和国内外的研究现状,提出了针织衬管复合结构和机织新纱罗结构125I放疗支架的设计思路,介绍了两种不同的结构设计以及产业化制备方法。Iodine 125 textile seeds sheet is introduced in this paper. It is a new medical textiles used for the curing of malignant tumor as a carrier of radioactive seeds. The development and status of radioactive seeds carrier in the world and also the structure design of Iodine 125 texitle seeds sheet are expatiated. Their structure design and massive production preparation of two new structures of the Iodine 125 textile seeds sheet, a knitted composite with weft and warp canal inserted and a woven leno, are also described.
