打浆对三倍体毛白杨P-RC APMP浆纤维形态的影响

摘  要:打浆是影响浆料性能的重要因素,就打浆度及打浆间隙对三倍体毛白杨P-RCAPMP浆料纤维形态的影响进行了研究。结果表明,三倍体毛白杨P-RCAPMP浆料强度的提高在打浆的中后期较为明显;0.15mm是较为理想的打浆间隙;通过对三倍体毛白杨P-RCAPMP和漂白麦草浆浆料纤维形态的观察,可从另一角度说明三倍体毛白杨P-RCAPMP浆的质量优于漂白麦草浆。Beating is one important factor which affects the properties of pulps. The effect of beating degree and beating interstice on fibre morphology of P-RC APMP with the Triploid of Populus Tomentosa were investigated in this paper. The result showed that, the improvement of intensity of P-RC APMP was obvious during metaphase and anaphase of beating; beating interstice of 0.15mm was the best among three limited beating interstices; the quality of P-RC APMP was excelled that of bleached wheat straw pulp through observing fibre morphology of P-RC APMP and bleached wheat straw pulp.
