河南省南召县1999-2001年儿童死亡原因分析

摘　　要：目的分析河南省南召县14岁以下儿童的主要死亡原因.方法采用整群分层抽样的方法回顾性调查1999～2001年死亡回顾性调查3年死亡资料.结果14岁以下儿童年均死亡率为478.32/10万.其中,男性为387.89/10万,女性为581.73/10万.两者差异有显著性(χ2=5.500,P＜0.05).前四位死因依次为败血症、新生儿病、损伤和中毒、呼吸系疾病.结论儿童重症全身感染为主要的死亡原因.Objective To investigate the main causes of death among children below 14 years old. Methods The death data were obtained by cluster sampling investigation of death during 1999 to 2001 in Nanzhao County. Results The average mortality of the children below 14 years old was 478.32 out of 100 thousand. Male was 387.89,female was 581.73. The difference was significant（P 〈 0.05）. The main causes in order were cerebrovascular diseases, heart diseases , malignant carcinoma, respiratory diseases, injuries and poisoning. Encephalorrhagia and cerebral infarction were the main causes of death in cerebrovascular diseases. Stomach cancer, esophagus cancer and lung cancer were the main causes of death in malignant carcinoma. Coronary heart diseases and myocardial infarction were the main causes of death in heart diseases. Conclusion The main death cause is general infection of children.
