摘　　要：分析了科研单位图书室的现状与存在的问题,阐述了科研单位图书室在新形势下走出困境的应对措施,包括更新观念、提高图书信息工作者自身素质、挖掘内部潜力、拓宽服务范围等。This paper analyzes on the present situation of and the existing problems in the books room of the scientific research unit, and expounds some measures for the books room of the scientific research unit to extricate from the difficult position under the new situation, which include renewing the conception, improving the quality of the books and information workers, excavating the internal latent capacity, and broadening the service scope, etc.
