摘　　要：工业锅炉在运行中爆管事故频繁发生,对其原因进行分析并采取相应的措施,可减少事故的发生,提高企业的经济效益。从水质不良,超负荷运行,结构不合理造成的水循环不良,材质缺陷,安装缺陷,锅炉缺水以及定期排污操作不良等方面分析了工业锅炉爆管的原因。In the operation of the industrial boiler, the pipe-bursting accident occurs frequently, analyzing its causes and adopting Corresponding measures can reduce this accident and increase the economic benefit of the enterprise. This paper analyzes on the causes of the pipe-bursting accident from aspects of the poor quality of the water, the overload operation, the bad circulation of the water, the defect of materials, the defect of erection, the water shortage in boiler, and the poor operation in regular pollution discharge, etc.
