摘  要:以HDPE(高密度聚乙烯)/LDPE(低密度聚乙烯)、HDPE/LLDPE(线性低密度聚乙烯)、HDPE/PP为共挤试验材料组合,以不同转速为试验工况,研究了不同材料组合、不同转速对轴向和周向共挤界面稳定性的影响。结果表明,转速的提高使得粘度比减小,从而有利于轴向与周向界面的稳定性,相容性好的材料组合比相容性差的材料组合界面稳定,且内外层贴合较好,不易剥离。HDPE/LDPE, HDPE/LLDPE, HDPE/PP as the material combinations, and different rotate speeds as processing condition, the influences of the different material combinations and rotate speeds influence on the stability of interface in axial and circumference direction were studied. The results showed that the increase of rotate speed resulted in the decrease of viscosity ratio, which was in favor of the stability of interface in axial and circumference direction. Contrast to the combination of bad compatibility, the combination of good compatibility has more stable interface and the inner and outer layer jointed better.
