摘　　要：分析了多层砌体房屋中采用滑移减震技术的必要性,介绍了该技术的原理、构造、基本要求及质量控制,通过试验及动力分析证明:只要按滑移减震构造标准设计、施工,就能避免震害,且该技术实用性强。It analyzes necessity on application of glide non-rattling for multiple-story house, introduces its principle, structure, basic requirement and quality control, it can avoid shock when design and construction according to glide non-rattling standard, which has been proved by experiment and dynamic analysis, and its applicability is high.
