摘　　要：论述了钢结构住宅的特点,介绍了钢结构在住宅中的应用现状,总结了我国发展钢结构住宅应解决的基本问题,从而大大促进了住宅产业化的快速发展。The features of steel structure house are discussed in this paper, then the application of the steel structure in dwelling construction at home and abroad is present, finally the problems requiting further research are summarized.
