摘 要:目的探讨不同光疗方法对高间接胆红素血症新生儿染色体的影响。方法对高间接胆红素血症新生儿40例按光疗方式分为A、B组(单面蓝光组20例、单面白光组20例),分别测定光疗前、光疗1~4d外周血淋巴细胞姐妹染色单体交换(SCE)值。结果1.A组治疗4d(累积48h)后分别与光疗前、光疗1~3dSCE水平比较均有显著差异(P均<0.05),光疗3d内(累积36h内)SCE水平与光疗前比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);2.B组治疗后SCE变化较大,治疗1d(累积12h)后SCE即明显增加,与治疗前相比有显著性差异(P均<0.05)。且SCE水平随照射时间增加而显著增加;3.治疗1d后,B组SCE水平即高于A组。结论单面白光照射治疗对高间接胆红素血症新生儿染色体的影响较单面蓝光照射治疗的影响大。Objective To detemline whether intermittence irradiation of single blue or white light have an adverse effect on the DNA of newborn infants with hylxerbilirubinemia by examining the sister chromatid exchange(SCE)frequency of peripheral blood lymphocytcs. Methods The frequency of SCE in lymphocytcs of 40 icteric infants treated by different phototherapy( PT) methods was analyzed by sister ctlromatidi differetanee staining technique (SCD). The pauents receiving PT were divided into three groups according to two methods of PT,group A: single blue light,20 cases; group B: single white light,20 cases. Results 1. In group A, there was no difference between the levels of .SCE before and after therapy withitl 3 days;but after 4 days, the levels of SCE increased. 9. Obvious changes were observed in group B and the frequency of SCE increased after 1 day and inereased significantly in a dose - dependant manner. 3. After treatment, the SCE frequency of group B, was higher than that of group A. Conclusions PT has mutagenic effeet on newbores with hyperhilinlhinemia. The effect of single white light on peripheral blood lymphocyies of neonate; is more significant.
