摘 要:分析外高桥二期2×900MW汽轮机的技术特点,该机取消了调节级,优化了整机叶型及进汽方式,采用推杆系统及对分桶型高压外缸、窄法兰中压外缸、单支点轴系及特殊的汽缸与凝汽器及与基础的联接结构等,提高了效率,使汽轮机能在冷、温、热态下均能快速启动,在各种工况下振动小且稳定。另外,本文还对机组负荷调节能力强,超速小、安全性好及自动化程度高等方面进行了阐述和分析。该机组上述特点证明,其整体性能已达到国际先进水平。This thesis analyses the technical feature of 2×900MW steam turbines in Waigaoqiao Project Phase II. The unit is designed to optimize blade profile and admission mode with no control stage, by using push rod systems, divided barrel-type HP outer casing,narrow flange IP outer casing with a rotationally symmetrical design, single support bearing system, rigid connection between LP outer casing and its condenser, and the special support of the condenser foundation etc, which greatly improves the efficiency of the unit, enables the unit to start quickly in cold, warm and hot conditions, and minimizes the vibration of the unit with stability in different condition. In addition, sufficient power response capability, lower overspeed, greater operational reliability and flexibility are presented in this paper. According to the features mentioned above, it is proved that the performance of the turbine has reached the world-rate level.
