摘　　要：香菇新菌株宁香8号属于中高温品种,菌丝生长最适温度为25℃,培养料最适含水量为65%,最适pH为6.0,最适碳源为葡萄糖,最适氮源为蛋白胨。在适宜环境条件下,宁香8号菌丝洁白浓密、整齐、健壮。A new lentinula edodes strain-Ningxiang No. 8 is a middle to high temperature type-strain. The optimum mycelium growth temperature, the water content of the medium and the pH was 25℃, 65 % and 6.0, the optimum carbon resource was glucose, the optimum nitrogen source was peptone. The mycelium was strong, dense and intact unde suitable growing conditions.
