摘  要:采用时步有限元法对永磁无刷直流电机进行建模并进行仿真。由于在仿真计算过程中考虑到了铁心饱和、电枢反应、涡流、转子位置以及非正弦供电带来的谐波影响等传统方法不能充分考虑的问题,使得仿真结果与实际计算结果非常吻合,从而验证了时步有限元法在电机特性仿真中更具有优越性。Based on the time-stepping finite element method, the paper presents the PM BLDCM model, and the simulation results are presented. Some special problems were thought, such as the iron core magnetic saturation, armature reaction, eddy current, rotor location and the influence of harmonics made by nonsine power supply, so the simulation results are much close to the experiment results. It is proved that the time-stepping finite element method is more ascendant in the motor characteristic simulation.
