摘　　要：介绍了以ＬＬＤＰＥ树脂为主要原料，通过添加复合阻燃剂、填料及助剂制造阻燃半硬质ＬＬＤＰＥ穿线管，研究并讨论了阻燃剂和填料对产品加工成型与性能的影响以及挤出温度和设备的适应性等。所制产品具有较好的阻燃性能、物理机械性能、电性能和施工性能，生产工艺简单、操作稳定。This paper introduces the flame retardent semirigid LLDPE sleeve, that is pro-duced by using the main raw material LLDPE, adding complex flame retardent, additives and auxiliaries. The flame retardant and additive to the effects of the product forming and the characteristics, the extruding temperature and the adaptability of equipments are also studied. The sleeve has good flame retardant, physical and mechanical properties, insulation and construction properties etc, and the technological process is simple, the operation is stable.
