摘 要:[目的]探讨显微镜下红细胞大小与全自动血球分析仪所测红细胞平均容积(MCV)的相互性.[方法]用全自动血球分析仪给164例患者进行MCV检测;给由血液标本制成的末梢血像涂片行瑞氏染色,显微镜下观察测定红细胞平均面积(MCA).[结果]MCA变异系数为1.5%~3.6%,具有较好的精密度,但MCA与MCV的相关性较差.通过对120名血红蛋白值(Hb)高于120 g/L的患者进行检测,得出MCA的参考范围是37.40~50.22μm2.[结论]末梢血像MCA不能完全反映MCV.OBJECTIVE To investigate the relationship beteen red cell size observed through a light microcope and mean corpuscular volume (MCV) measured by an automatic hematology analyzer. METHODS 164 samples which were referred for complete blood count analysis and periphereral blood cell morphlogy were selected. MCV was measured by automatic hemalogy analyzer, and smear slide of the samples were examined on a microscope with a CCD camera connected to MCA. RESULTS The coeffcient of variation(CV) of MCA measurement, which was done 5 times on 10 slides, was 1.5 % -3.6 %. The correlation between MCA and MCV values was poor. The normal reference range of MCA measurement was 37.40- 50.22μm^2. CONCLUSION As the red cell size observed on the light microscope does not correlate well with the MCV measured by automatic analyzer, the determination of red cell size by microscopic peripheral blood smear requires profound caution.
