摘　　要：本文介绍了Philips公司的一种集成视频解码芯片SAA7113H，主要介绍了该芯片在井下视频图像处理中的应用，给出了数字信号处理器ADSP2189通过I^2C总线对该芯片的控制寄存器进行初始化控制的部分应用程序。In this paper, introduces an integrated video decoding chip SAA7113H made in Philips, mostly introduces the application of the chip to the video graphics processing in downhole, and gives a part of application program that uses a digital signal processor ADSP2189 to initialize a control register of the chip through an I^2C bus.
