城市快速主干道下的顶管施工技术

摘　　要：简要介绍了北京市长安复线热力工程中穿越二环主路的热力隧道的顶管施工技术,介绍了顶管施工方案的选择,并采用经验公式进行了顶进过程中顶力计算,介绍了顶进系统和顶进施工的工艺要求。在城市中,由于地上地下各种建构筑物和地下管线等复杂城市环境影响和限制,合理选择施工方案才能保证工程安全顺利进行,工程成功的穿越了二环主路,对类似隧道施工有一定的借鉴意义。The paper briefly introduces the technique of the pipe jacking construction in the heating supply tunnel that travels under the second loop trunk road in Beijing Chang＇an second line heating engineering, and introduces the choosing of the pipe jacking construction scheme, and computes the jacking force in the jacking procedure with experiential formula, and introduces the technical requirement of the jacking system and the pipe jacking construction. In city environment, because of the influence and limit of complicate city environment with various aboveground and underground building structure and underground pipe lines, no other than choosing rational construction scheme can guarantee the engineering to go on wheels, the engineering succeeds in traveling under the second loop trunk road, it can act as a reference to the construction of the similar tunnels in this regard.
