摘 要:本文研制的针形葡萄糖传感器,采用玻璃毛细管为绝缘管,用电化学聚合苯胺固定葡萄糖氧化酶,以不锈钢注射针本身作参比电极,0.3mm铂丝为工作电极组成复合葡萄糖传感器。1mmol/L葡萄糖的响应电流达35nA;三个月后酶活性仍为原有的65%,灵敏度与寿命已超过文献报导值。10次测试的相对标准偏差为2.7%。线性范围0.05~1.0mmol/L葡萄糖。血液中的抗坏血酸和尿酸对测定无干扰。A needle-type glucose microsensor with electrochemical immobilized GOD is reported. The sensor was prepared by embedding a φ0.3mm Pt wire in a glass capillary which was put in a O. D. 0.8mm stainless steel needle with epoxy resin adhesion. The PANI-GOD layer was deposited on the well polished tip of Pt wire by the using of poteatiostatic method. In this case, the stainless steel needle was acted as the reference electrode and PANI-GOD coated Pt electrode was acted as the sensitive part of this reported glucose microsensor. The sensitivity of this needle -type microsensor is about 35 nA/mM glucose and the microsensor showed ca 65% of enzymatic activity after three months. These observed performance are better than it was reported previously. The linear range of this microsensor is 0.05-1.0 mmol/L of glucose and the relative standard error is 2.7% in ten tests.
